We specialise in full house clearances, removing absolutely everything! fitted carpets, curtains, Lino, & wall and floor fixtures leaving just the shell of the property, as a blank canvas for you. This service is becoming extremely popular with new home buyers and landlords who are wanting the perfect property to move into, rent out or be ready for re-decoration upon completion of the sale. With this service we will also RECYCLE where at all possible, donating furniture, clothing and brick-a-brac etc to local charities, and we will also try to RECYCLE as much metal, wood, paper, & glass as we can. making us environmentally friendly! Please note we no longer give quotes for this service without a viewing first.
 HALF HOUSE CLEARANCES
This is our most popular service with the public. The half house clearance offers the same service as a full house clearance, clearing everything that you request, & leaving the items you require to keep. We will of course RECYCLE where we can, as we do with all our services. With our growing team of Junk Drivers, Half house clearances may be available at short notice so dont be afraid to ask if its urgent! Please note we no longer quote for this service over the phone, we will have to view to quote unless its under 5 items.
SINGLE ITEMS
 We are happy to clear single items, where most companies insist on a minimum clearance. From just £10-£50 depending on size and weight we will be happy to clear that item for you.
SHEDS, LOFTS & GARAGES
 We are able to clear all sheds, lofts and garages in full or partial clearances. we are also able to do light demolition & Clearance work of sheds and greenhouses in a safe manor & clearing all harmful debris as we leave
GARDEN CLEARANCES
